A Strong 2019 for Boston Startups!
If 2019 is any indication of what’s ahead, we’re in for a big 2020. The following was originally published in the Underscore Core Bulletin email on January 2, 2019. Not yet a subscriber? Sign up here.
A New Decade Resolution
2020 is upon us and, as a firm built to play the long game, we have a new decade resolution: Make Boston the #1 place entrepreneurs choose to build their company. Sure, it will take a community, but we’re talking about Title Town, and the only thing greater than Boston’s strength is its talent. So, let’s get to building!
We’re Well On Our Way
Behind these stats is a Core Community committed and aligned to building the next generation of iconic companies. Over the course of 2019, all 1,200+ of you wowed us with your collaboration, commitment, and world-changing ideas, as you worked beside us to support Underscore’s 70+ portfolio companies and UFirst Alumni.
Supporting Bold Entrepreneurs
Whether you joined us around a table at a Core Dinner, as part of a roundtable discussion at our Core Summit, or at any of the 35 events and workshops we hosted in 2019 — we would like to say, thank you! And of course, we would like to extend a special thanks to bold entrepreneurs everywhere. We hope we’ll have the pleasure to engage with you in 2020 and beyond!
