At Underscore.VC, we like to look at the glass half full. Some look at New England winters as doom – lots of shoveling, missed school days, canceled meetings, and long commutes. We instead want to embrace the best part of winters in Boston – great conditions for skiing and snowboarding!
It’s about time that Boston has a weekend of agenda-free winter activities bringing together some of the city’s best young entrepreneurs, techies, and venture investors.
We hope that you’ll join us for the first ever Ski.VC Weekend on March 11–12 at Loon Mountain in New Hampshire.
We got a block of rooms with some fun activities planned and are excited to spend the weekend with an outstanding group of Boston tech’s best skiers and snowboarders (and mulled wine enthusiasts).
Leading us down the mountains will be none other than Richard Dulude (a.k.a. the Ski.VC). What better time than now to challenge this Colorado native and former US Men’s Freestyle Ski Team member turned venture investor to show off some of his fancy ski skills.
Not as experienced as Richard? Not to worry – Loon has plenty of bunny slopes, a spa and a bar for any of us non-professional skiers.
There will be some activities planned in the evening to connect and talk tech, but the main goal is to embrace the powder and relax with fellow young techies for the weekend.
We only have a limited number of spots available so we’ll accept people on a first-come first-serve basis. Fill out a quick application at Ski.VC if you want to join us!
See you on the slopes!
