Chris joined as the first Executive in Residence (EiR) after spending an incredible 10 years at Constant Contact where he was most recently Chief Revenue Officer / SVP, Sales & Marketing. Throughout this decade, Chris’ passion for helping make the lives of small to medium-sized businesses easier through technology brought him great success as a key member of the company’s Executive Team. His talent and understanding for creating, scaling, and optimizing “The Funnel” helped drive Constant Contact’s incredible revenue growth, vigorous product expansion, and explosive customer acquisition. He is proud of his contribution to the success of Constant Contact and the value Constant Contact will continue to provide to its 650,000 small business and nonprofit customers for years to come.
Chris says what gets him most excited about being Underscore’s first Executive in Residence is “the opportunity to share his passion with the portfolio companies for how bringing something of real value to market can truly change customers’ lives and lead to a sustainable business model”.
