Tanya Bakalov is the CEO and Founder of HelloTeam, a Boston based talent management software platform that drives employee engagement, recognition and performance throughout the organization. Prior to founding HelloTeam, Tanya was the Co-Founder and SVP of Operations of SevOne, a digital infrastructure management software company, which grew to over 500 employees globally prior to being acquired by private equity. Tanya is a multiple recipient of the Stevie Awards Female Entrepreneur and Executive as well as a winner of the prestigious 2016 NorthEast E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year. Tanya began her career as a consultant and auditor for Deloitte and has a BS of Accounting and Management Information Systems from the University of Delaware.
