Sonciary Honnoll is Co-Founder of Quala — an early-stage technology platform for customer success teams. She is also a Mentor In Residence at TechStars, focusing on founder dynamics, leadership, and customer experience. In 2009, Sonciary co-founded Promoboxx, a marketing technology startup connecting brands with independent retailers to increase sales. Sonciary received her BBA from the Jack C. Massey College of Business at Belmont University with a concentration in Product Development. She is a marathoner, tea enthusiast, and fan of the local store. Sonciary currently lives in New Hampshire with her partner, Kevin, and their two pups.
