Kate is a highly adaptable and organized professional with an innate talent for identifying potential and connecting people to the ideas, resources, guidance, and opportunities that create exceptional outcomes. At Underscore VC, she weaves her magic in support of Underscore’s investing Partners and connects it with our mission to underscore the next generation of iconic company builders.

With a proven track record of exceeding goals and delivering results, Kate combines her exceptional organization and communication skills with a positive, team-focused attitude. Prior to Underscore, she supported high-level executives at Morgan Stanley and most recently Breakthrough Properties. During that time, she’s learned every tip and trick there is to support and truly co-pilot with leaders.

When she’s not helping our Partners navigate their full plates, Kate is likely hitting the running trails or rowing. You’ll catch Kate crushing the competition in the Head of the Charles each year, and, in 2022, she ran the Boston Marathon for the Doug Flutie Foundation for Autism.

Kate holds a BA in Applied Psychology and Human Development from Boston College, where she was a member of the Women’s Varsity Rowing team.
