Kate manages high-stakes calendars, coordinates meetings with founders and co-investors, prepares briefing materials that bring context and clarity, and tracks commitments across the firm. She’s the person who knows what’s happening three steps ahead, surfaces the right information at the right moment, and operates with the kind of discretion and judgment that makes everyone around her more effective.

Prior to Underscore, Kate supported high-level executives at Morgan Stanley and most recently Breakthrough Properties, where she learned every tip and trick there is to support and truly co-pilot with leaders. She brings exceptional organizational skills, strong situational awareness, and a team-focused attitude that makes her invaluable in high-pressure, high-visibility environments.

When she’s not keeping the firm running like clockwork, Kate is likely hitting the running trails or rowing. You’ll catch her crushing the competition in the Head of the Charles each year, and in 2022, she ran the Boston Marathon for the Doug Flutie Foundation for Autism.

Kate holds a BA in Applied Psychology and Human Development from Boston College, where she was a member of the Women’s Varsity Rowing team.
