Prior to Chronosphere, Gabriela was SVP of People Ops at Drizly, where she led the company’s people operations while it rapidly scaled to its $1.2B acquisition by Uber. She is passionate about aligning people with purpose to drive performance, and attracting, developing and retaining top talent to build strong, diverse and engaged teams.
